LHS Signature Holding is a Moroccan entrepreneurial group developing projects and brands across real estate, hospitality, and food & beverage. Founded by Mohamed Yassine Ait Ouassarah, the group brings together complementary activities with Morocco as its home market.
In real estate, LHS Signature Holding develops residential and commercial projects shaped by location, architecture, quality, and value creation. In hospitality, the group is developing a Moroccan hotel platform that combines Moroccan identity, design, guest experience, and international standards. In food & beverage, it develops café-restaurant and catering concepts with the ambition to build strong Moroccan brands.
